Return Policy

Be Happy shopping at www.urbanrusset.co.uk so we have a “no hassle” return policy. You have a right to cancel in writing any order placed on our website up to 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt. As long as, we receive the returned item we'll exchange or refund it.
We will cover the return delivery cost if the item was sent to you in error, or if the item is faulty, damaged or defective. Otherwise, the costs fall on you. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If your quote for returning an item exceeds £10.00 please contact us and we can possibly arrange to have it collected. The charge for collecting small items would be £10, to be deducted from any refund. Larger items will be charged at freight rates and we will have to get quotes. We will agree this with you before any arrangements are made. Please note we cannot arrange collections from overseas locations.
DAMAGED ITEMS AND PRODUCT ISSUES
If an item is faulty, damaged, defective or delivered to you in error don't worry: we will do everything in our power to put things right.
If you have an issue or have received a damaged item please send us an email with your name, address and order number. Outline the issue as best you can and attach any photographs which might illustrate the damage or fault. We will try to respond as soon as possible during office hours (0900 to 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0900 to 1600 on Fridays). Alternatively you can call us on 07376654073 during office hours.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURNS?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible but in any case within 14 working days from receipt. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used in the original transaction or the Paypal account used. If we cannot offer an acceptable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.
